Refund Policy
The Dot Coffee has a standard no-refund Policy for all of its items purchased and paid for online, unless specified or stated otherwise. For offline payments of items purchased purchaser has the right to verify the supplied product is inline with the order placed and is not damaged or substandard. Again, No refunds shall be entertained in such cases after item has been collected (in person or being delivered to) and payment settled.
