Local Shipping (Within Kingdom of Bahrain)

Exchange Policy

  • Is it Allowed?: Yes, exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms listed below.
  • Method & Procedures:
    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange request.
    2. Provide proof of purchase and indicate the reason for the exchange (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.).
    3. Return the original product in its unused, undamaged condition.
    4. We will send the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
  • Terms & Timelines:
    • Exchanges are only available for items that are unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items that are personalized or custom-made are generally not eligible for exchange.
    • Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Overpayment & Underpayment Scenarios:
    • Overpayment: If you accidentally overpaid, we will refund the excess amount back to your original payment method.
    • Underpayment: If an underpayment occurs, we will notify you and request the remaining balance to be paid before we proceed with your exchange.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and either issue a full refund or exchange the item.

Cancellation Policy

  • Is it Allowed? Yes, cancellations are allowed under certain conditions. However, once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Method & ProceduresTo cancel an order:
    1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been shipped.
    2. Provide your order number and any necessary details to help us locate your purchase.
    3. If your cancellation request is processed before shipment, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund.
  • Terms & Timelines:
    • Before Shipment: If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
    • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to follow our Return Policy for a return or refund once the item arrives.
    • Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. Once the item is delivered, you will be required to follow the Return Policy for returns or exchanges.

    Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order to be eligible for a refund. Orders that have been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.

  • How Long Will it Take for the Refund to Be Processed? If your order is successfully canceled and a refund is due, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

General Notes:

  • Partial Cancellations: If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only part of the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate partial cancellations as long as the remaining items are not processed or shipped.
  • Digital Products: If you’ve purchased a digital product (e.g., downloadable content, subscriptions), cancellations may not be possible once the product has been accessed or delivered.
